Black Lips and Vivian Girls Touring Together

...two bands I really love. From pitchfork:

"Next month, garage-punk rabble-rousers Black Lips and bash-pop sirens Vivian Girls will both play the Bruise Cruise, a nautical fuzz-rock festival that'll take its partiers from Miami to the Bahamas and back again. And when that voyage ends, the two bands will keep it moving, heading out on a North American tour together in April. We've got tour dates for both bands listed below.
As previously reported, Black Lips have been working on their new album with super-producer Mark Ronson; Lips frontman Jared Swilley told us a bit about the collaboration here. Ronson recently posted a Facebook video of the dudes in the band playing around with gigantic slabs of raw meat, the sound of which they are apparently about to record for a song that is actually about raw meat.
